Refund policy

Parelmure offers a full refund on non-sale items within 14 days of receipt. However, we do not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.

When returning items, please download and fill in the Return Form. Here all steps for returning are described.

If you still have any questions about your return, please feel free to contact us at hello@parelmure.com with your order number. Please mention your reason for contacting us (return) and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.

• Place the item(s) in the(ir) original box.
• Enclose the printed and filled Return Form. 
• Make sure to use a proper box or package to ensure safe transport.
  
• Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods
  → (small packaging qualifies for a 'brievenbuszending' in the Netherlands).
• Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.

We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

 

Exchanges
Purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product if available. Exchanges are only processed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge. 

If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) together with the supplied return form to us and simply let us know your preferred product, color and size. Mail us at hello@parelmure.com

 

Before your order leaves our storage, it has been reviewed carefully by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at hello@parelmure.com in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please get in touch with us including your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for your request. We will do our best to find an appropriate solution. 

• All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All products must be unworn.
• All products must be sent back in their undamaged Parelmure package.
• Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded, instead a shop credit will be issued (unless product is damaged).

We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use judgement always remains at the discretion of Parelmure.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 14 working days. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Any products purchased in our regular sale can be returned online but can't be refunded. Instead, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value.
